Biography
Nithu Darly comes to us after a brief stint in the corporate IT and Human Resources world. As an individual who always plugged teaching into her passion, she quit her IT job and trained to become a qualified teacher. She is a dedicated, ingenious and target oriented professional educator with a concrete commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every child. Nithu is an accepting and versatile individual with the innate ability to boost a child’s imagination and facilitate smart learning techniques. She has a persona with ample listening skills & with calm composure, she strives to inculcate good learning habits and build student self-esteem to encourage understanding of cultural diversity, gender differences and physical limitations.

“Being new at CGIA, I enjoy every moment here and experience the joy of seeing students learn and grow. The atmosphere is absolutely conducive for work and the periodic training offered, facilitates ample learning opportunities, which can be put in practise on a daily basis. I have learned many things from the teachers and students, mainly about creating good educational relationships, setting a good example and the environment for learning. Most importantly, having a passion to teach. I realize the importance of forming this open and loving community, and I intend to carry on with my responsibilities, seeing it to fruition.”
