What is the classroom management system that you follow?
Comparatively, our classrooms are small but we have a very effective classroom management system in place. At CGIA, we use various positive reinforcement techniques such as verbal praise, certificates, badges, positive notes, privilege time, and displaying students’ work to encourage good behavior and motivate students. We also have a reward system through which students earn rewards after accumulating a certain number of points within a week or two. Instead of focusing on the negative behavior, we always try to find the positive first. However, when necessary, students are given a consequence that fits the behavior.
