Shreya
Remediation Specialist
Biography
Shreya has done her Masters in Psychology (Clinical) and has a keen interest in the area of child development. She believes that every child has his or her own unique journey of learning and growing and hence our role as educators is to be both observant and skilled simultaneously to help children transition smoothly at different stages of their early years of childhood.
Shreya quite firmly supports the cause of inclusion of children with specials needs in mainstream schools because she believes this would lead the mainstream children to accept, accommodate and nurture the diversity of human nature in a classroom setting, which can then be subsequently transferred to their future life.
Experiences with CGIA
“It has only been a few months since I joined CGIA as a shadow teacher and I have had such a rewarding time here. The team has an unwavering focus on accepting diversity in children and respecting individuality, making this institution a truly child centric school. The teachers I work with are dedicated to bring out the best in all the children and hence create an enriching environment at school.”
