Reshma
Special Educator
A tourism graduate by qualification, Reshma started her teaching career with underprivileged kids belonging to an orphanage. Reshma is self motivated and works on upgrading her skills. She holds a diploma in Montessori, Pre-primary teaching and an RCI recognised Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation. Being raised and educated outside Kerala, She was exposed to different culture and society, which helps her to think in a different manner and understand people in a distinctive way that they are. She has also been an RJ and a producer at a reputed radio station in Calicut.
Additionally, Reshma has worked with various schools in Calicut providing soft skill training to upper primary students and helping special needs kids. She enjoys teaching and feels grateful to have had the opportunity to follow her passion. Having a child of her own, she understands the challenges involved as well as the fun of teaching special needs kids.
Reshma’s hobbies include traveling, reading, making friends, learning new things and observing people.
Experience with CGIA
“At CGIA I was welcomed with bright smiles and a lot of warmth. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this motivating and supportive community. Being a mother, I never wanted to confine my child to a four walled, traditional classroom where they only learn from within and never from beyond. I am so in love and amazed with the new way of teaching here that I didn’t think twice before enrolling my child at CGIA”.
