Fahima is a dedicated Special Educator with a Bachelor’s degree in English and a B.Ed. in Special Education from CRC Kozhikode. She completed her internship at the Ankara Foundation in Kasaragod, where she gained valuable exposure to a multidisciplinary approach in special education. During her training, she observed and learned from a range of cases in speech therapy, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy. Fahima believes in creating an inclusive and supportive environment that nurtures each child’s individual growth and potential.

My journey with Common Grounds International Academy has been truly enriching and marks the beginning of my professional career. As my first teaching role, CGIA offered me the chance to work in a genuinely inclusive and student-centered environment. Here, I learned to apply best practices in inclusive education, collaborate with dedicated colleagues, and adapt my teaching methods to meet each learner’s unique needs. This experience has deepened my understanding of inclusive education and strengthened my commitment to supporting every child’s academic and personal growth
